Great location in a peaceful neighborhood 🏡. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room had WiFi, coffee, and a kettle included, which was really convenient.

The hotel was clean and perfect. Its location next to the hill and the center was convenient. We also enjoyed the takeout specials at Lagidze Water, which was within walking distance from the hotel. we loved our stay and would definitely recommend Hotel 21.

The staff at this hotel are truly fantastic, they really will go out of their way to assist you with anything you need. You won't need to worry about facing any challenges during your stay thanks to the knowledgeable and attentive staff. the breakfast is varied and delicious, providing a great start to your day.

There are some drawbacks to this hotel. the views aren't exactly stunning, and some aspects of the rooms can be irritating.

The location was great for walking around Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi. The incredible views of the mountain were amazing. Moreover, it was near public transport and the center of Tbilisi, making it convenient for exploring the city.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast options that changed daily. They were ready to help us with literally everything, and transportation was convenient with affordable taxi services available. The location was okay, as it was within walking distance of the main attractions and had a stunning view of the mountains.

I spent a lovely Christmas holiday in this hotel. the breakfast options were amazing, changing everyday: from Georgian specialties to usual breakfast items. the staff was also super, friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help with everything. the location is perfect, with lots of small shops around, and just a few minutes away from the metro station or Bolt taxis that are super cheap. the bed was huge and comfy, and the design of the room was elegant and cozy. And the view from the window? Simply breathtaking!

Although my experience was mostly amazing, there were a few minor issues. the shower room was a bit annoying as the whole room got soaked.

The breakfast offered a variety of dishes that changed every day, which was a great way to start the morning. The staff was mostly friendly and accommodating, with helpful reception staff. The bed was large and comfortable, making it easy to unwind. The hotel's location was great because it was close to several small shops, and the metro was just down the street. the terrace had an amazing view, which was perfect for relaxation.

The shower was a wet room, which wasn't ideal because the whole bathroom would get soaked. the immediate area around the hotel was quite rundown and under construction.

The view from the window was also breathtaking, with a stunning mountain view. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely come back again.
